A master beadweaver (and a collector of names), jess has been fascinated by glow of colored glass for 25 years. She's found that the pattern of choosing and looping together beads is perfect for calming the mind and maintaining focus in meeting--rather like a prayer for the hands. This year, she is co-leading a workshop on handwork and spirituality. Dest's creations are a way for her to celebrate light and line and color in a way she hopes you enjoy--be it as a simple pair of earrings, a graceful necklace, or a decoration for your home. She regularly takes commissions, and almost anything she makes can be ordered in custom colors.
